- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★i always go to this store and when my mother fly's some wheres i ship her clothes, meds etc so she does not have to bother with a carry on bag. we were a day late shipping her items and we got them out on Saturday. I asked the young lady for a return label as well. she printed both but it only rang up one way. not really catching it. It only rang up the pick up label. which there was no tracking receipt for the delivery. i call the main UPS line which i could not even understand the 2 people i talked too. i was in a panic because my mom needed her meds today. I call the store back and a young lady was awesome. her name sound like Jackie. But she call and found the package in Clearwater fla where it needed to be. and the young lady that rang it up called me back and apologized and confirmed the package was delivered to the address in palm harbor. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have finished 3 projects using the printing services of this UPS Store location. My first project I submitted online and had amazing follow ups from TJ who works at this location. He made sure that the quality of my finished product was a top priority. After my first good experience I decided to go back and have a poster printed that I had made in photoshop. Again, nothing but high quality customer service provided by TJ. Today I dropped off a file for a 3'x5' banner and am impressed again at the help given to make sure the data file was in the proper format and ready to print.
